Elsa doesn't want to deal with all the smoke and fireworks surrounding New Year's Eve, she's too concerned about her baby's health. Elsa plans to either be in the hospital or at home in front of the tv watching the New Year roll in and waiting for her baby to be born.

Shelly says she sometimes get worried about the publicity of having a January 1, 2000 baby, but her husband thinks it would be cool. Shelly has a child who will be 10 on January 10. After he was born the doctors said she couldn't have any more children. Shelly remarried after having Chemotherapy, and was told that would effect her reproductive system. It didn't she got pregnant right away and is thrilled.
